<>Job Summary</>

We are seeking an experienced Solumina L2 Support Engineer to provide operational support and maintenance for Solumina MES implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Solumina iSeries (i090 i120), MES, and SQM, with experience supporting manufacturing systems, integrations, and production environments.

<>Required Skills</>

• Hands-on experience with iBASEt Solumina MES iSeries (i090 i120).
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Quality Management System (QMS/SQM), and paperless manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Solumina configuration, development, and support.
• Understanding of Solumina data structures, business rules, and workflows.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor automation systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, JMS, Kafka, or other integration technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

<>Key Responsibilities</>

• Provide L2 support for Solumina MES applications and environments.
• Configure and maintain Solumina MES modules based on business requirements.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain workflows, data mappings, and customizations.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and architecture teams.
• Perform testing and validation of new features and enhancements.
• Ensure system stability, availability, and performance.

<>Preferred Qualifications</>

• Experience with Solumina i120 and model-based manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise MES environments in production.
