Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation and consolidation initiative within a healthcare environment. This is a highly business-facing role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and process design skills. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders while driving alignment across multiple organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Design and document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business, IT, and executive leadership teams.
• Drive consensus among multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud transformation and multi-org consolidation efforts.
• Analyze and rationalize Salesforce data models, fields, security models, and business processes.
• Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support data migration, deduplication, master data management (MDM), and integration initiatives.
• Conduct integration impact assessments involving Salesforce and third-party platforms.
• Lead UAT planning, test script creation, execution support, and validation activities.
• Develop training materials, user documentation, and change management artifacts.
• Assist with deployment readiness and cutover planning activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce transformation, migration, or org consolidation projects.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping.
• Experience creating current-state and future-state process documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, field rationalization, and MDM initiatives.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, workflows, validation rules, and business processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, testing, and change management activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
