About this roleJob Summary The Product Owner Customer Analytics is responsible for leading the delivery, enhancement, and adoption of customer analytics capabilities that enable data-driven personalization, customer journey optimization, experimentation, and performance measurement across digital channels. This role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Experience teams to support Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), personalization reporting, Adobe Target measurement, and A/B testing frameworks. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership expertise with a passion for customer insights, digital analytics, and MarTech solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and priorities for customer analytics initiatives. Partner with business and technical teams to lead the Agile product development lifecycle from ideation through delivery. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items. Maintain, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, product demonstrations, and release planning sessions. Drive Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Design, and Technology teams to deliver personalized digital experiences and customer-focused solutions. Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate efforts to ensure successful product delivery. Continuously improve products and customer experiences using analytics, experimentation, customer feedback, and performance insights. Support the implementation, governance, and enhancement of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) capabilities. Partner with business stakeholders to define measurement strategies, KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics. Ensure analytics solutions provide actionable insights into customer behavior, engagement, conversion, retention, and journey performance. Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to validate data quality, tracking accuracy, attribution methodologies, and reporting consistency. Enable standardized reporting and performance measurement for Adobe Target activities and personalization initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences through behavioral analytics, journey insights, and experimentation results. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, analytics teams, engineering teams, and delivery partners. Facilitate prioritization discussions that balance business value, technical complexity, resource capacity, and strategic objectives. Support personalization initiatives and optimization strategies across digital channels and customer touchpoints. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner role. Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks. Experience leading Agile teams through sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, user story creation, and product delivery activities. Experience within digital, eCommerce, customer analytics, marketing technology, or customer experience environments. Strong experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), MarTech platforms, and personalization initiatives. Experience defining and delivering analytics, reporting, measurement, and experimentation capabilities. Strong understanding of customer behavior analytics, digital measurement, A/B testing, and personalization strategies. Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and delivery tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience working with data-driven product development and continuous improvement methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing and optimizing personalization solutions using Adobe Experience Platform. Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Target. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer segmentation strategies. Experience supporting customer journey measurement, attribution, and digital analytics initiatives. Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, testing methodologies, and optimization best practices. Experience working with enterprise-scale MarTech ecosystems and digital customer experience platforms.
