Sr. .NET/React Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary We a re seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET/React Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires strong proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, with the ability to independently own defects, enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large, existing codebases and must be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders while driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities De velop and maintain applications using C#/.NET and React with JavaScript/TypeScript. Implement and optimize Entity Framework Core for data access. Manage state and data using tools such as Zustand and TanStack Query. Debug authentication/session issues and API integrations. Utilize Git for version control with GitLab or equivalent platforms. Work with PostgreSQL or equivalent RDBMS for database management. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Run applications locally end-to-end independently. Debug production issues and analyze logs to identify root causes. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve defects. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and React with JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with Entity Framework Core. Expertise in debugging authentication/session and API issues. Proficiency with Git version control (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.). Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent RDBMS. Ability to write clean, maintainable code and debug production issues. Prior experience working with large, existing codebases. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeh olders. Preferred Qualifications (if any) E xperience implementing complex business logic, validation, and algorithms. Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs and Okta authentication (or equivalent IDP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or equivalent). Experience writing and maintaining deployment pipelines. Certifications (if any) None required; relevant Microsoft or cloud certifications are a plus. Education: Bachelors Degree
