About this roleJob Summary We are seekin g an experienced Senior IT Release Train Engineer (RTE) to facilitate the learning and growth of multiple Agile teams. This role is responsible for guiding teams toward a lean-Agile mindset, improving practices, and ensuring predictable delivery. The RTE will lead Agile ceremonies, manage release planning, remove impediments, and provide coaching to foster continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute all activities related to Program Increment (PI) planning. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Product Managers to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Assist Service Directors with risk management, escalation, and impediment tracking. Partner with Scrum Masters to define and drive consistent practices across Site Reliability Engineering teams. Develop program dashboards to manage and report project implementation status. Track execution of features and capabilities with Service Delivery Managers. Coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning. Work with Product Owners to groom backlogs and maintain sprint metrics. Administer and maintain accuracy of scrum boards. Ensure quality standards for deliverables and promote continuous process improvement. Act as a liaison between Development Teams and Product Management. dentify and resolve obstacles hindering project milestones and deadlines. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members in Agile practices. Agile Ceremony Facilitation Foster continuous improvement and a learning culture across teams. Facilitate collaboration, communication, and conflict management. Mentor new team members in Agile frameworks, practices, and processes. Influence organizational change by removing impediments and promoting healthy Agile practices. Coach Product Owners and team members in Agile practices and continuous improvement. Delivery Team Support Remove impediments to team performance and minimize external distractions. Coordinate operational issue resolution. Facilitate team development, mediate conflicts, and encourage healthy team dynamics. Promote team responsibility, transparency, and self-organization. Use coaching skills to help teams solve problems ind ependently. Advice and Guidance Encourage adoption of Agile development practices, technical excellence, and continuous delivery. Promote balanced backlogs that deliver customer value, reduce technical debt, and enable sustainability. Help teams develop and analyze metrics to drive improvements. Promote transparency through effective commun ication and data integrity. Required Qualifications Bache lors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 7+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, RTE, or Project Manager. Experience with Agile methods/frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience with Agile scaling frameworks, preferably SAFe. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Expe rience coaching teams in Agile adoption and continuous improvement. Familiarity with enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives. Certifications (if any) Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent Agile certification. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: SAFe Release Train Engineer
