About this roleJob Summary The Senior Power Platform Administrator is responsible for supporting, administering, and enhancing the organization's Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on platform governance, administration, support, and user enablement while partnering with stakeholders to drive platform adoption, improve performance, and ensure adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical resource for Power Platform initiatives and provide advanced support for complex platform-related issues. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for Power Platform-related questions, guidance, and support requests. Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for complex Power Platform issues and incidents. Participate in and support Community of Practice (COP) sessions, consulting engagements, and user enablement initiatives. Manage and maintain the overall health, stability, and performance of the Power Platform environment. Administer Power Platform environments, governance policies, and security controls. Manage platform licensing, capacity utilization, and resource allocation. Configure and support connectors, integrations, and platform services. Troubleshoot and resolve platform, application, and integration-related issues. Support Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, including governance frameworks, standards, and best practices. Assist with the implementation of new platform features, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Evaluate, support, and coordinate integration requests involving internal and external systems. Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to platform administration, governance, and adoption. Support lifecycle management activities and ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful platform adoption and enterprise integration initiatives. Perform light engineering activities, including application integrations and platform optimization efforts. Required Qualifications Strong experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience managing platform data policies, licensing, capacity, connectors, governance, and troubleshooting activities. Experience supporting Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, including governance, standards, and best practices. Proven experience providing advanced Tier 3 support for complex platform-related issues. Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, environment management, and data policies. Ability to function effectively as both a platform administrator and a technical contributor supporting integrations and optimization efforts. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting enterprise-level platform administration and user enablement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE). Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and integration workflows. Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams administration and integration. Experience with platform lifecycle management and continuous optimization initiatives. Experience supporting enterprise-wide governance and adoption programs. Certifications Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred. Microsoft 365 certifications preferred. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Microsoft Power Platform , Microsoft 365
