10+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems delivery
3 5+ years of people leadership or team oversight
Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms
Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives
Manage system enhancements, integrations, releases, and ongoing platform optimization
Strong Configuration Capability in the core applications.
