Senior Project Manager

Future Plans is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects from initiation through completion. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee various special projects across the regions served by Future Plans, ensuring they align with overall goals and objectives. This includes managing the planning, execution, and evaluation of these projects
• Provide support and training to community outreach partners and regional directors to ensure successful program implementation and execution
• Assist in data collection efforts and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to support collaborative efforts and data sharing as appropriate
• Serve as the primary point of contact between different projects and new partners, fostering relationships with external stakeholders to support program objectives and expansion efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel statewide
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and community partners
• Experience working with grassroots and community outreach organizations
• Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or related field preferred
• PMP Certified, or willingness to obtain
