Deepwatch is a leader in managed security services, dedicated to protecting organizations from cyber threats. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase lead flow and quality, while optimizing campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop, execute, optimize, and report on integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, SEM, display, video, website, organic social, and account-based/programmatic platforms such as 6sense
- Own campaign optimization end to end, using testing, keyword analysis, bid strategy, audience targeting, landing page iteration, and channel-specific performance data to improve efficiency, conversion, and lead quality
- Manage paid media budgets with a focus on ROI, pipeline contribution, lead volume, and overall quality
- Partner closely with growth marketing, marketing operations, and design to build and improve landing pages, creative assets, and campaign experiences that drive stronger performance
- Write and refine digital ad and social copy, testing messaging variations across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, G2, Reddit, and emerging platforms to identify what resonates and converts
- Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable reporting for a range of stakeholders, using data to surface insights, guide decisions, and continuously improve results
- Stay current on market shifts, audience behavior, and industry trends, and bring forward new ideas, channels, and technologies that can create a competitive advantage
- Serve as a visible leader who sets a high bar for execution, models accountability, and helps foster a culture aligned to Deepwatch’s Core Values

Requirements:
- Bring 7+ years of experience building and executing digital marketing programs in a B2B enterprise environment
- Have hands-on experience managing website content and working knowledge of HTML
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and consistent attention to detail
- Bring direct experience with paid digital channels, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Be fluent in testing, measurement, and performance analysis, with the ability to use data to evaluate ROI and improve strategy over time
- Have experience working across the modern digital marketing and demand generation stack, including marketing automation, lead scoring, ABM, analytics, and campaign execution tools such as: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video), Google Analytics, WordPress, Google Tag Manager
- While proximity to Tampa is preferred to support a hybrid schedule in our Tampa Center of Excellence, we're open to remote candidates who can support the Eastern Time Zone
