Health-E Commerce is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to help shape and build their campaign strategy across various channels. The role involves executing campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing strategies, and providing actionable insights based on data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Build and launch paid campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels
- Monitor performance daily and bring forward both problems and opportunities
- Optimize campaigns continuously, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on what the data is telling you
- Partner with our internal creative team to brief and execute performance-driven ad content
- Help manage and grow our creator and influencer program, supporting content pipelines and internal approvals
- Pull weekly performance reports and translate raw numbers into clear, actionable insights for the broader team
- Identify trends across channels and connect the dots between spend and revenue outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing at least one paid channel - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads or similar
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like Google Analytics and Excel
- Highly organized and comfortable operating multiple priorities in a remote environment
