About this role
Talener is a VC-backed B2B SaaS telehealth infrastructure and enablement platform. They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and manage projects in the health-tech space, ensuring successful delivery of digital healthcare and telehealth solutions. The role requires navigating ambiguity and working autonomously in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
- 7+ years professional SaaS project/program management experience
- Expertise in leading / managing 0-1 projects
- Experience working in health-tech
- Successful track-record of building roadmaps, timelines, managing dependencies, risks, budgets, and ensuring successful delivery
- B2B SaaS
- Hands-on / expertise in being IC and leading project management function across several projects simultaneously
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fast-paced start-up environment autonomously
Requirements:
- 7+ years professional SaaS project/program management experience

- Succesfull track-record of building roadmaps, timelines, managing dependencies, risks, budgets, and ensuring succesfull delivery

- Masters/MBA or advanced degree in STEM or related field from a top university
- Experience at both an established / scaled organization and also a start-up
