Senior Product Manager

Vetsource is a company dedicated to enhancing pet healthcare through a data-powered platform. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross-functional product squad, align product roadmaps with business objectives, and drive product vision while fostering partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Align product roadmaps with 6 - 12 month business objectives and P&L goals
• Expert Communication: Evangelize product vision to stakeholders and "influence up" to executives
• Complex Problem Solving: Manage high-ambiguity projects requiring coordination across multiple departments (Finance, Legal, Marketing)
• Data Leadership: Define KPIs that matter for a business unit and use them to drive prioritization
• Tech-Minded Partnership: Partner with engineering leads on technical trade-offs and understand the software development lifecycle
• Mentorship: Mentor and develop other team members
• Identify and lead ongoing product discovery efforts to build a "Discovery culture"
• Work across multiple products to create new opportunities or reduce risk

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• 5+ years of product management or comparable experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using highly quantitative methods
• Proven history of product results and leadership
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage complex, multi-squad dependencies
