Pavago is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on high-volume outbound email outreach. The role involves executing outbound email campaigns, managing leads, and booking meetings for the sales team while maintaining CRM data and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns daily
- Personalize messaging to improve response and reply rates
- Continuously refine messaging using tools like ChatGPT
- Test subject lines, angles, and CTAs for performance
- Conduct targeted calls to priority prospects
- Reinforce email campaigns with call-based follow-ups
- Engage prospects to increase conversion rates
- Manage leads across structured outbound sequences
- Ensure no lead is missed
- Maintain consistent follow-ups across long sales cycles
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
- Book meetings for the sales team efficiently
- Ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives
- Maintain clean data in HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)
- Log all activities, notes, and next steps
- Track engagement and pipeline movement
- Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics
- Improve messaging based on results
- Maintain consistent activity levels
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outbound SDR (email-heavy preferred)
- Experience executing structured outbound sequences
- Excellent written English (error-free, professional)
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
- Ability to work toward daily/weekly activity targets
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for personalization
- Experience targeting U.S. or UK markets
- Familiarity with outbound tools like: Apollo.io, Outreach.io
- Cold calling experience
