The Partner HRBP serves as a strategic advisor for HR initiatives, driving the implementation of talent strategies and partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational capability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with business leaders in the creation and execution of teammate retention strategies supporting the overall business unit talent goals and strategy
- Identifies people needs and leverages HR best practices, tools, and resources to execute strategy and drive results, providing input and feedback to COEs on resource design to drive greater business impact
- Solves organizational challenges through data collection and assessment, driving the creation of action plans to address areas of opportunities
- Partners with leadership and internal HR teams to align opportunities for teammate career growth with organizational talent priorities, i.e., career path mapping vertical, lateral and cross functional roles
- Drives business and coach leaders through talent reviews and calibration to embed values and purpose throughout the teammate experience
- Partners with HR teams to identify, create and facilitate trainings within the business
- Partners with compensation to ensure compliance and equity within organization, working with Compensation team on compensation needs within the business; assists with program(s) administration as requested
- Assists in developing and executing programs for workforce retention, internal development and promotion, and succession planning
- Influences decision making through strong relationships, expertise, and data with the ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of best practice HR operating models and a record of accomplishment in effectively leveraging COEs, shared services, and technology appropriately
- Active learner who continuously expands knowledge and expertise in the business, healthcare industry trends, and HR related trends
- Articulate with a clear communication style, both written and verbal, able to communicate and interact with leaders of all levels across the organization
- Mentor and guide leaders on best practices, policies and procedures
- Facilitate and conduct training sessions for leaders across the organization
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and priorities
- Able to create engaging and interactive training sessions both in person and remotely
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 6 years of human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business partner, talent development and employee relations experience required
- Microsoft Office
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Oracle a plus
- Kronos a plus
