Andiamo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software implementation projects within the nuclear and energy sectors. This role involves managing project scope, cost, schedule, and quality while collaborating with executive stakeholders and client teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-scale software implementation and integration projects for regulated industry clients
- Define and manage project scope, budget, and schedules; proactively identify and mitigate risks to delivery and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary interface for client executives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical delivery, and contract terms
- Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, solution development, QA, and client operations teams
- Develop and maintain high-quality project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk registers, and performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with industry protocols, security standards, and QA processes across all deliverables
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Project Managers, helping grow team maturity, capability, and adherence to established Execution Excellence and Quality frameworks
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to process optimization, resource forecasting, and PMO reporting systems
Requirements:
- Proven success leading multi-million-dollar enterprise software programs through full lifecycle delivery
- Ability to lead and mentor PMs, establish governance frameworks, and mature PMO systems
- Deep familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, EAM, Workflow Automation, CRM, or Integration Suites)
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and experience tailoring governance to client context
- Experience in regulated or mission-critical sectors (nuclear, utilities, healthcare, or government) is strongly preferred
- 10+ years managing software implementation or upgrade projects
- 5+ years working for a major system integrator or enterprise software client services organization where you worked directly with end customers to deliver enterprise software solutions
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with both direct and matrixed resources
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
- PMP, SAFe, or CSM certification required (multiple certifications strongly preferred)
