As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and driving growth of BSI's product and service offerings related to ISO standards and certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: As a hunter in the sales field, develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Consultative Selling: Engage with key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations to present and position BSI products and services, helping them meet ISO standards
- Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business leads, building a continuous sales pipeline to support long-term success
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous business growth and repeat engagements
- Market Trend Identification: Stay ahead of industry trends, strategizing to capture new revenue generation opportunities
- Accurate Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports, supporting business forecasting and strategy development
- Travel for Success: Travel to visit clients on a quarterly basis, building personal connections and furthering business opportunities
Requirements:
- At least four years of experience in sales
- Familiarity with the certification industry and/or ISO standards is a plus, though not essential
- Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with both internal teams and external clients
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience with CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
- Valid Driver's License
