Senior MDM Solution Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior MDM Solution Architect to lead a platform modernization initiative from technology selection through full implementation and sunset of the existing architecture.

This is an onsite role for someone who has been here before not just as a participant, but as the person driving the decisions. You'll influence executive stakeholders, guide the technical team, and own the sequencing and solutioning end to end.
What You'll Do

• Lead MDM platform selection evaluating and recommending from solutions such as Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, or equivalent
• Own the architecture solutioning, sequencing, and implementation plan for the new platform
• Drive sunset and decommission of the existing MDM architecture in a structured, low-risk manner
• Serve as the senior technical voice on the initiative influencing both executive leadership and delivery teams
• Design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures that ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to align data initiatives with enterprise goals
• Provide architectural guidance across the full stack integration, governance, metadata management, and data stewardship
• Connect on-premises environments with modern cloud-based ecosystems
• Monitor delivery execution, interpret architectural tradeoffs, and escalate decisions with appropriate context
• Proactively surface technical debt and provide a clear remediation path

What You'll Bring

• 4 5 MDM implementations seen through to completion tech selection through sunsetting not just admin or support involvement
• Demonstrated experience in an SA role influencing executives and cross-functional delivery teams
• Proficiency with enterprise MDM platforms (Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data integration, governance, metadata management, and data stewardship
• Experience with data modeling, ETL design, APIs, and modern cloud data platforms
• AWS experience a strong plus S3, Glue, Redshift, or equivalent services
• Comfort working alongside program managers and product managers in a matrixed environment

Preferred / Bonus

• Broad data management experience beyond MDM (data warehouse, data lakehouse)
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouse or lakehouse architectures on AWS
• Track record integrating on-premises and cloud data environments
