To develop and configure the Oracle Customer Care billing system with In-depth Application Framework config and technical tool knowledge involving -Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, XAI Services, Bundling, Batch jobs, User Interface Maps, etc.
Facilitate technical and functional design workshop and articulate solutions through written and verbal communication. Document the process changes, components impacted and functional work flow.
Develop functional designs and technical specifications for Oracle utilities package, customization, interfaces & reports.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Implementation Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and delivering solutions for Oncor’s Oracle Utilities CC&B system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, configure, and optimize Oracle Customer Care and Billing solutions while leveraging your deep knowledge of Oracle 12, Oracle Utilities Application Framework, and other relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions, including configuration, development, and deployment.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OAF) to configure Maintenance Objects, Business Objects, Scripts, Zones, XAI Services, Bundling, Batch Jobs, User Interface Maps, and other related components.
- Lead and facilitate technical and functional design workshops with stakeholders, articulating solutions clearly through both written and verbal communication.
- Develop detailed functional designs and technical specifications for Oracle Utilities package customizations, interfaces, and reports.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance of the CC&B system.
- Collaborate with other Oracle utilities modules and SOA integrations to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Document process changes, impacted components, and functional workflows to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Work with the project management team to ensure timely and successful delivery of Oracle Utilities solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), including hands-on knowledge of core modules and configuration.
- In-depth expertise with Oracle 12, Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OAF), and Oracle SOA.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience developing and configuring complex Oracle Utilities solutions, including interfaces, customizations, and reports.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience documenting technical specifications, functional designs, and process workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
