They are seeking a highly motivated Product Sales Manager to promote and increase sales of 3D optical technology, develop customer relationships, and provide technical expertise to enhance quality control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage new and existing customers to achieve sales booking objectives
- Identify and create new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market presence – especially into large, complex corporations with multi-step, consultative sales processes and extended sales cycles
- Willingness to manage and travel a large territory within the PSM’s region
- Identify and share leads with other sales teams and channels to maximize sales potential
- Explore innovative ways to support customers and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and take ownership of customer success
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to deliver top-notch product and solution demonstrations
- Follow the ZEISS sales process to propose the best solution for the customer’s needs
- Support sales and marketing events to promote our products and engage with potential customers
- Follow our proven ZEISS Sales Process to tailor the best solutions for customers' specific needs
- Keep our CRM system updated with all sales activities, relationships, and the status of sales leads and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of metrology or precision measurement systems
- A background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
