Zensciences is one of India's leading independent B2B marketing agencies, and they are seeking a Sales Lead to build a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities across the US. The role involves managing the sales cycle, developing strategic account plans, and building relationships with senior marketing leaders to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across North America
- Identify and engage CMOs, Marketing VPs, Brand Leaders, Digital Leaders, and Business Unit Heads
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, events, partnerships, outbound outreach, and social selling
- Develop strategic account plans for target organizations
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Lead discovery workshops and client conversations
- Translate client challenges into marketing and growth solutions
- Develop proposals, commercial models, and Statements of Work in collaboration with delivery teams
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build Zensciences' visibility within the US B2B marketing ecosystem
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Develop relationships with technology partners, analysts, and ecosystem players
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Build executive-level relationships
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across service lines
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of sales, business development, or account growth experience
- Proven success selling agency, consulting, digital marketing, creative, SEO, content, or technology marketing services
- Strong network across B2B technology, SaaS, industrial, healthcare, or enterprise sectors
- Experience managing deals in the $50K–$500K+ annual range, and having managed minimum $5M in annualized revenue
- Excellent consultative selling capabilities
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment
- Strong understanding of branding, content, digital marketing, SEO, demand generation, and marketing technology
- Prior experience with leading agencies or leading independent agencies
- Experience selling to enterprise technology companies
- Existing relationships with CMOs and marketing leaders in North America
