Experience and Education 3+ years of Testing experience with Salesforce Platform (strongly desired).
Expert level grasp of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
Hands on test development and execution background in a Salesforce platform is a plus.
Extensive experience with test automation.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (jMeter, Gatling, etc.).
Familiarity with enterprise test automation suites (Tosca, Tosca DI, Selenium).
Tosca certification 1&2 (preferred). Extensive knowledge of Agile practices and Jira.
Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, qTest).
Basic software development and scripting skills.
Temperament Ability to adapt to and assist colleagues through change and support change management processes.
Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with the business and IT organizations.
Strong teamwork, customer service and organizational skills
Ability to retain and convey a positive attitude in challenging circumstances
