
IT Helpdesk Tech (Tier 1)

The IT Helpdesk Tech will be providing Tier 1 phone support for corporate business users focusing on PC s, mobile devices, and generic apps / MS Office. Must be able to work onsite in the Houston, TX office 3-4 days per week. Bilingual English/Japanese skills or experience working for a Japanese company are a plus, but not a requirement.
