Position: Product Manager

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and execution plans.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including:
- Problem discovery and definition
- Drafting detailed requirements and user stories
- Planning development sprints
- Developing UAT plans
- Managing continuous releases
- Drive stakeholder management by communicating progress, findings, product updates, status reports, and demonstrations using tools such as Jira and Clarity PPM.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution against the product roadmap.
- Identify and monitor success metrics to effectively manage product lines, with a focus on client satisfaction and business value creation.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to support product initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Management Consulting.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with direct product ownership in an Agile development environment.
- Experience working directly with internal and external engineering teams.
- 2–5 years of experience in the Payments Industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with prepaid open-loop card product management.
- Experience supporting web and mobile banking solutions and other digital products.
Experience working within the Financial Services industry
