Supervising assignments by the Global Trade professionals serving as Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Developing and motivating the engagement staff by providing them with leadership, counselling, and career guidance.
• Assisting Partners, Principals, and Directors with day-to-day operations of practice
• Leading client workstreams focused on trade analytics, reporting, and insights, including guiding teams through data discovery, cleansing, and analysis across global trade, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and logistics datasets
• Leading development of analytics-enabled operating solutions to address compliance, cost, service, and visibility challenges (e.g., dashboards, automated reporting, controls monitoring, audit-ready outputs).
• Leading trade technology strategy efforts (current-state assessment, requirements, solution options, roadmap, implementation planning), including aligning stakeholders on data and reporting needs.
• Overseeing delivery quality for analytics/technology initiatives (data mapping, testing and validation approach, governance, stakeholder alignment, and adoption/change considerations)
• Leading advanced data and technology integrations to enable trade analytics, including partnering with client IT/engineering teams on cloud and data lake integrations (e.g., ingestion/transformation requirements, data models, security/governance, and deployment readiness).
• Responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of current and emerging technology to assess and advise on client’s trade strategy, risk & compliance, operations, and analytics/technology enablement.
