About this role
Job title: Technical Business Analyst – ERP
Location: Hybrid - 4 days/week on-site Vancouver
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: 90 -100/hr CAD
Top Criteria:
- 7+ years of ERP data migration and data readiness experience, including data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation within large-scale ERP implementations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with a strong understanding of ERP business processes and enterprise data structures.
- Strong data quality, ETL, and migration expertise, including data profiling, source-to-target mapping, issue resolution, data integrity validation, and support of migration testing activities.
- Proven stakeholder management and business analysis experience, working closely with data stewards, business users, technical teams, vendors, and UAT teams to gather requirements, coordinate migration activities, and ensure successful deployment.
