Tenzai is building autonomous AI hackers that think like the world's best offensive security experts, and they are seeking a high-octane Regional Sales Director to spearhead their expansion in the NYC territory. In this role, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle, engage with Fortune 500 CISOs, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and technical storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Market Building: Own the territory. Identify, map, and penetrate key accounts within the Fortune 500 and mid-market tech sectors
- Full-Cycle Ownership: While we have strong inbound interest, you will hunt. You’ll leverage your network to generate pipeline and manage the 'next month' onboarding of our first SDR
- Technical Storytelling: Partner with our Sales Engineering team to lead deep-dive sessions on autonomous pen-testing and offensive AI
- Drive PoCs: Lead the charge in converting interest into Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring Tenzai’s value is proven quickly and undeniably
- Collaborate: Provide 'boots on the ground' feedback to Product and Marketing to help refine our GTM strategy
- Partner & Channel Growth: Leverage strong Channel Partner relationships to drive growth and monetization, building on existing regional partnerships to expand market reach and performance
