Arrivia is a company that builds travel experiences for major loyalty and membership programs. They are seeking a Product Designer who is early in their career to work on consumer journeys and enhance user experiences with a focus on quality and interaction design.
Responsibilities:
- Work inside consumer journeys (search, discovery, comparison, decision) within a pod of PMs and engineers
- Sweat typography, spacing, and interaction until an experience feels trustworthy and consumer-grade
- Learn the design system, ship in tight loops with engineers, and get sharper with every project
- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to move faster on research synthesis, idea exploration, and content
- Build things to see if they work and define yourself by what reaches production
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of product design for consumer web or mobile
- Growing proficiency in Figma
- A portfolio that shows how you frame problems and refine ideas, not just finished screens
