WEKA is a growth-stage company focused on transforming AI and compute workflows with its innovative storage system, NeuralMesh. The Director of Sales will lead a team of account executives to sell WEKA's solutions to enterprise-level companies, driving pipeline generation and collaborating with various departments to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
- Develop of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training
- Actively lead and coach, pipeline generation activities
- Partner with cross functional resources to execute successful sales campaigns
- Accurately forecast to senior sales management including but not limited to managing weekly forecast calls with your team
- Successfully manage client escalations and issues if they arise
- Understand the competitive market and be familiar with Weka’s offerings and differentiators
- Ensure team is developing relationships and working effectively with ecosystem players and partners
- Implement strategies to expand in existing account and capture new logos
- Work collaboratively across functions including the Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Development
