They are seeking a commercially strong SaaS Account Executive to help open new business opportunities in the HR, recruitment, staffing, and enterprise hiring market across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients across Houston and the wider US market
- Identify and approach HR teams, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, enterprises, and growing businesses
- Connect with CEOs, founders, HR directors, talent acquisition leaders, recruiters, and business owners
- Generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, cold outreach, industry events, and personal connections
- Run discovery conversations to understand hiring challenges, recruitment workflows, and client needs
- Present our recruitment technology solution in a clear, consultative, and professional way
- Coordinate product demonstrations with internal teams when required
- Manage follow-ups, proposals, pricing conversations, negotiation, and deal closure
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility and report activity, progress, and commercial opportunities
- Share client feedback, market insights, competitor information, and sales learning with leadership
- Build long-term relationships that can lead to account growth and referrals
