Pizza Boli's is seeking an experienced, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing execution, analytics, automation, vendor management, and operational excellence across a growing multi-location restaurant brand. This role requires a strategic operator who can manage people, systems, technology, and performance while ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing operations, project management, and campaign execution
- Manage internal teams, agencies, contractors, and external marketing partners
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, IT, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership
- Establish and optimize marketing workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
- Oversee budgets, timelines, deliverables, and vendor performance
- Monitor and improve marketing KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate, LTV, and Attribution
- Manage marketing technology stack, CRM systems, automation platforms, and API integrations
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and seamless information flow across systems
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making
- Lead marketing automation initiatives and operational efficiency projects
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI solutions, and growth opportunities to improve marketing performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Project Management, Growth Operations, or a related role
- Proven experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong background in marketing technology, analytics, and operational management
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical, reporting, Excel, and data interpretation skills
- Experience working remotely within US business hours
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- AI Certifications from recognized providers (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions within marketing operations
- Experience leveraging AI for automation, customer segmentation, personalization, reporting, and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and modern SEO best practices
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and business processes
