They are seeking an ambitious Growth Marketer to drive their multi-channel growth through creative experimentation and data-driven strategies. The role involves executing paid strategies, leveraging AI tools, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Experimentation: You will pitch and produce fresh angles for copy, hooks, and visual assets, tracking them ruthlessly to see what actually converts
- Campaign Disruption & Execution: Own and execute our multi-channel paid strategies. You won't just launch ads; you’ll constantly re-imagine them to maximize CTR and lead quality
- Backend & MarTech Ownership: Ensure the engine runs smoothly. You’ll handle the setup, segmentation, audience building, and data flow across our stack so our attribution is bulletproof, and your campaigns target the exact right people
- AI-Driven Velocity: Leverage AI tools not just for efficiency, but as a competitive advantage to design concepts, develop creative, and automate processes that drive scale your output at lightning speed
- Data as Fuel: Analyze performance metrics (MQLs, CPA, ROAS) not just to fill out a report, but to extract the "so what?" that informs your next big creative bet
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing (SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech experience is a massive plus)
- A balanced brain: You possess a strong creative instinct for what makes a compelling hook/ad, paired with the technical capability to build out the backend execution across ad platforms and CRMs
- Platform fluency: Real, hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRMs, and demand gen tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, Google Ads, Meta, etc.). You know how to map data and ensure leads get where they need to go
- An experimenter's mindset: You hate complacency. You are driven by the thrill of the test-and-learn cycle and are always asking, 'How do we double this conversion rate?'
