Blossom Health is dedicated to addressing the mental health crisis in America by enhancing access to affordable and effective mental healthcare through strategic partnerships. The Founding Partnerships Strategy & Ops Associate will be responsible for building and managing key relationships, developing systems and processes to support partnership growth, and collaborating closely with the founder and business leaders to drive expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Operate at the intersection of partnerships, growth, operations, and strategy
- Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, referral sources, provider groups, and other key ecosystem partners
- Own partnership initiatives end-to-end, from sourcing and qualification through launch and ongoing optimization
- Analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, conversion, and operational efficiency
- Define new processes, workflows, and technologies to solve previously unencountered, first-pass problems
- Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in and day-out
- Help build the operational foundation that enables Blossom to scale partnership growth nationwide
