SANY America is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, orders, returns, and service requests
- Resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, customer management systems, and standard office software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
