About this role
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Playwright
Build and enhance scalable and reusable automation frameworks
Execute end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI (frontend) and API/backend systems
Perform API testing using Postman/REST services
Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes
Generate and maintain test reports using tools like Allure and Playwright reports
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based delivery
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Test Leads
Support functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and UAT

Required Skills & Experience
5 7 years of experience in test automation and QA engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation tool
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience in API testing (Postman/REST)
Knowledge of CI/CD integration and version control tools
