Job Title: Manufacturing Weld Engineer
Location: Davenport, IA
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to production operators, maintenance teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MES systems, automated and manual welding processes.
- Assist with operator training and continuous production support activities.
- Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes and projects.
- Maintain clear communication and follow up on work tickets and team updates.
- Experience with manual and robotic welding systems (Fanuc preferred).
- Proven ability to execute and support new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both automated and manual environments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
- Strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
