Design and Delivery
- Advocate and advance design standards for styles, patterns, and practices across design teams
- Leverage design expertise to ensure team design activities are reviewed and executed at a high-level
- Clearly communicate, describe, and defend complex design strategies in senior leadership reviews
Strategy and Planning
- Develop strategies that guide experience design work for complex projects and initiatives
- Assist others with understanding customer needs and eliciting ideas to inform preliminary designs
- Impact business decisions by communicating design strategies and demonstrating design value
- Partner with internal teams and third-parties to establish long-term Design strategies
People and Culture
- Develop partnerships with internal teams and customers to meet shared goals and objectives
