Job Description:

1. AI-First Engineering Execution

Design and build AI and agentic solutions across enterprise workflows
Apply AI/GenAI/Agent-based approaches to improve productivity, automation, and decision-making
Contribute to end-to-end lifecycle: use case identification build optimization

2. Embedded Delivery Model (Forward Deployed)

Work as embedded engineers within client teams / pods, not siloed delivery units
Quickly understand domain context and deliver impact within short cycles
Act as AI multipliers, uplifting existing teams through tools, patterns, and best practices
(Aligned to embedding AI-native engineers within teams to retool workflows and uplift talent )

3. Drive Replacement of Low-Leverage Effort

Replace traditional, high-volume, lower-skill effort with high-value AI-led engineering
Focus on quality, speed, and outcomes, not effort or headcount
Deliver 10x leverage through automation, accelerators, and reusable assets
