They are seeking a motivated and inclusive Business Development Representative to manage high-volume inbound leads and outbound business development, ensuring a client-first approach that contributes to the company's growth in the wealth management sector.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute strategies for managing and converting inbound leads
- Regularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly targets: pipeline creation, conversion rates, appointments set, and follow-up calls assigned to quota-carrying sales team
- Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders on reporting and analysis
- Ensure CRM tools and value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
- Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline within strategic and targeted accounts
- Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan
- Maintain a high level of daily activity, including calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other tools to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects
- Keep up to date with the financial technology industry and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes and product and service value propositions
- Prioritize client needs and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- 3 years of experience working as a SaaS business or sales development representative looking to progress their career
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Zoominfo
- Strong history of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience working both inbound and outbound channels
- Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and social selling
