Senior Director, Growth Marketing

Outreach is a leading company in agentic AI for revenue teams, founded in 2014. They are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to drive revenue growth through integrated marketing programs, leading teams responsible for demand generation, account-based marketing, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Drive measurable revenue growth through integrated marketing programs for multiple personas, industries, and products
• Lead the teams and programs responsible for demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), expansion/install base/lifecycle marketing, web, and digital marketing
• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of the global revenue marketing organization

Requirements:

• Dynamic and strategic leadership skills
• Experience in driving measurable revenue growth through integrated marketing programs
• Ability to manage demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), expansion/install base/lifecycle marketing, web, and digital marketing
• Proven track record of building and scaling a rapidly growing business
• Experience in driving pipeline and accelerating sales cycles
• Strong understanding of the revenue orchestration market
• Ability to own the strategy, execution, and performance of a global revenue marketing organization
• Experience reporting directly to CMO or similar executive level
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance
