This entry-level, fully remote opportunity involves conducting virtual consultations and providing guidance on available life, accident, and health benefit options.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
- Clearly and compassionately explain available life, accident, and health benefit options
- Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support as needed
- Maintain accurate, compliant digital records and timely follow-up communication
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam
- Experience in benefits advising, client service, or consultative roles
- Strong virtual communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized, coachable, and mission-oriented
- Comfortable using Zoom, CRM platforms, and digital documentation systems
- Personal connection to or passion for serving the veteran community
