AI & Automation - Private Equity

CenterGate Capital is seeking an individual to join their Value Creation team at the intersection of private equity operations and applied AI. The role involves identifying, designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions across the firm's internal operations and portfolio companies to reduce costs and accelerate revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct AI readiness assessments across portfolio companies; identify and prioritize high-ROI opportunities in back-office ops (finance, HR, procurement) and go-to-market (sales, marketing, pricing)
• Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows from proof-of-concept through production, delivering measurable operating improvements
• Build a reusable AI playbook of use cases, templates, and implementation guides deployable across new acquisitions
• Automate internal firm workflows: deal sourcing intelligence, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, LP reporting, and knowledge management
• Architect data pipelines and integrations with the Data Engineer to support AI workloads at scale
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, the investment committee, and portfolio company boards
