They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage bonus plans, ensure accurate financial processes, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will excel in analytical skills and collaborate effectively with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of bonus and incentive programs, including calculations, validation, and payment processing
- Deliver accurate, compliant, and timely bonus payouts
- Partner closely with CR to ensure compensation data integrity and resolve issues
- Manage a high‑volume, deadline‑driven, transactional workload
- Record and reconcile compensation-related accruals/expenses
- Prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis of bonus-related matters
- Analyze trends and produce actionable insights for leadership
- Develop reports on bonus programs, incentive costs, and compensation metrics
- Assist in modeling scenarios for compensation changes and their financial impact
- Partner with CR, Payroll, and Finance teams to streamline and enhance processes
- Support the Compensation Finance Manager as needed
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior analysts
- Respond to bonus-related inquiries and help ensure alignment with organizational goals
