AISAP is seeking a practical grant development and project management professional to support RHTP grants and initiatives. The person will help AISAP identify the right regional coalitions, partner organizations, stakeholders, and state-level opportunities where AISAP can participate in rural health grant submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Make RHTP the primary workstream, including tracking state priorities, deadlines, eligibility rules, coalition models, and relevant initiatives
- Identify health systems, rural hospitals, regional coalitions, nonprofits, state agencies, and other stakeholders AISAP can partner with for RHTP submissions
- Map AISAP use cases to rural health priorities, including cardiac access, cardiovascular health, transfer reduction, clinical decision support, and rural clinical capacity
- Coordinate partner outreach, coalition development, letters of support, proposal inputs, timelines, assignments, and submission requirements
- Draft and organize practical proposal content, including project summaries, workplans, milestones, budget logic, outcomes, and reporting needs
- Maintain a live RHTP opportunity tracker with target states, partners, fit assessment, deadlines, next steps, owners, and submission status
- Support post-award project management, including kickoff planning, partner coordination, milestone tracking, reporting, and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in rural health, healthcare delivery, public health, community hospitals, health systems, or healthcare access programs
- Some grant experience, such as grant research, proposal coordination, application support, narrative drafting, budget coordination, or post-award reporting
- Strong project management skills and ownership of timelines, documents, stakeholders, follow-ups, and deadlines
- Ability to translate AISAP's clinical and operational value into credible grant, coalition, and partner language
- Comfort working across commercial, clinical, finance, product, hospital, and external partner teams
- Familiarity with RHTP, rural health transformation, Medicaid/state health programs, health equity initiatives, or regional healthcare coalitions
- Experience with grant-funded healthcare technology, care access, telehealth, quality improvement, workforce, or clinical innovation projects
- Knowledge of rural hospitals, state health agencies, community health organizations, or regional healthcare networks
