They are seeking a Senior Financial Management Business Analyst to support IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate budget management and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning
- Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics
- Ensures timely updates to the BOB Financial Database and related reporting
- Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking
Requirements:
- 5+ years federal IT financial management experience
- Strong understanding of FPAC-style shared cost models and financial data calls
- Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems
- Experience with USDA preferred
