Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain highly reliable, scalable, and secure systems. This role focuses on automation, incident management, and continuous improvement of application performance and resiliency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions to improve application reliability, resiliency, and security.
- Proactively identify potential system failures and automate recovery and prevention mechanisms.
- Lead incident response as Incident Commander for complex or high-impact outages.
- Drive resolution of large-scale technical issues and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) across systems.
- Improve system performance, cost efficiency, and quality through design enhancements.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and metrics for performance, reliability, and security.
- Maintain operational documentation, including playbooks and support procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Lead post-incident reviews and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Scala, JavaScript, .NET, Go, Python, etc.).
- Solid understanding of system design, automation, and reliability engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
