Job Description
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead two cross-functional Agile teams supporting Supply Chain initiatives related to RMS. This individual will serve as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban practices, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of business and technology solutions.

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead two cross-functional Agile teams supporting Supply Chain initiatives related to RMS. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Coach and mentor teams to improve performance, accountability, and Agile maturity
- Foster self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Create a safe, trusting environment that encourages transparency and problem-solving
Agile Facilitation
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles, team agreements, and SDLC standards
- Partner with other Scrum Masters and participate in Scrum of Scrums
Delivery & Impediment Management
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team delivery
- Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation
- Support delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Communicate team progress, metrics, and delivery status to leadership
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and programs
Tools & Reporting
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools to manage backlogs, track progress, create dashboards, and provide transparency across stakeholders.
