They are seeking a Pega Business Analyst to lead client meetings, gather and document user requirements, and manage user stories in JIRA while collaborating closely with development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings
- Gather and document user requirements
- Manage user stories in JIRA
- Partner with development teams to clarify requirements
- Support sprint planning
- Perform functional testing
- Demo completed user stories for client approval
- Coordinate UAT planning and execution with end users
- Support deployment activities
- Prepare key project deliverables
- Provide timely status updates to managers and client leads
- Utilize strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
