Pega Business Analyst

Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance its operations and service delivery. They are seeking a Pega Business Analyst to lead client meetings, gather and document user requirements, and manage user stories in JIRA while collaborating closely with development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client meetings
• Gather and document user requirements
• Manage user stories in JIRA
• Partner with development teams to clarify requirements
• Support sprint planning
• Perform functional testing
• Demo completed user stories for client approval
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution with end users
• Support deployment activities
• Prepare key project deliverables
• Provide timely status updates to managers and client leads
• Utilize strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to gather and document user requirements
