Lead the cross-functional collaboration with user experience designers, engineers, DevOps, and QA team members to define and prioritize requirements, coordinate testing, and drive the design and development of new product features and enhancements.
Lead and manage large transformational projects, demonstrating your ability to handle complex initiatives.
Create comprehensive internal training documentation to ensure that Payzer team members, including customer support, are well-equipped to support our products effectively.
Engage closely with customers to understand their root problems, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Effectively engage with senior leadership by presenting product strategies, progress, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and securing their support.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management Experience
Strong technical fluency; able to have credible conversations about API design and architecture
Demonstrated success building external, partner-facing integrations
