They are seeking a Senior Website & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of their website and digital presence, focusing on digital experience strategy, AI-driven discoverability, and UX-led modernization within a B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Executing and leading website and digital experience strategy to support pipeline and revenue growth through website performance
- Driving forward the modernization roadmap, including platform evaluation beyond WordPress
- Championing AI-driven and next-generation digital strategies
- Serving as internal web and digital thought partner
- Lead UX and design transformation initiatives
- Improve user journeys, information architecture, and usability
- Elevate visual design and simplify complex concepts
- Own WordPress website management and execution
- Optimize performance, speed, and engagement
- Design within WordPress (light coding preferred)
- Lead SEO strategy and execution
- Drive AEO and LLM optimization
- Structure content for AI-driven discovery
- Execute CRO strategies
- Implement personalization strategies
- Align with demand generation efforts
- Align website with paid digital and campaigns
- Support landing page optimization
- Support limited eCommerce initiatives
- Lead social media and advocacy strategies
- Track digital KPIs and performance
- Connect website performance metrics to pipeline and ROI
- Support Marketing technology integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
- Follow security and compliance best practices
- Manage agencies and vendors
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong website and digital expertise, with the ability to own and lead a website end-to-end, including performance, user experience, and modernization efforts. A minimum of 8 years of experience is ideal
- Experience supporting B2B in a SaaS environment
- Digitally and web-savvy, with a solid understanding of how websites drive business outcomes, including buyer experience, searchability, and performance optimization
- Business acumen, you can understand our business model and translate business needs into effective digital strategies
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Forward-thinking skills, you can identify opportunities, define improvements, and drive change without waiting for direction
- Analytics proficiency, including experience interpreting data (e.g., Google Analytics) and using insights to guide decisions and optimize performance
- Experience managing vendors and agencies, including scoping work, evaluating partners, and ensuring delivery against business goals
- Familiarity with current CMS platforms (especially WordPress) and the ability to manage the existing site while evaluating future platform decisions
- Exposure to emerging digital trends, particularly AI/LLMs, agentic search, and evolving buyer behaviors
- UX and website modernization experience
- SEO, CRO, AEO, LLM optimization knowledge
- Submitting a portfolio is required. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) to support broader digital ecosystem connectivity
- Experience with additional web tools and platforms (e.g., Webflow or other CMS options), as well as third-party tools like Ceros or similar design/interactive platforms
- Basic development or coding familiarity, with the ability to understand and work with code, even if not a full-time developer
- Experience with or exposure to e-commerce capabilities, particularly as the business evolves toward subscription or digital product offerings
- Modern CMS/DXP evaluation experience
- Understanding of video and multimedia application within web experiences, which can enhance engagement and user experience
- Prior healthcare industry experience, although not required, may help with ramp-up
