Tiltedge Solutions is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Services, and technical production support teams. The role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes, managing product intake backlog, and leading Workday release management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Services, and technical production support teams for Workday HCM and Recruiting
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Own product intake backlog, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Lead Workday release management activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and deployment readiness
- Develop and execute clear, timely release communications to stakeholders and end users
- Ensure system configurations align with business goals, compliance requirements, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BSA, Product Owner, or similar role supporting Workday HCM
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR operations
- Experience with Workday release cycles, testing, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project mgmt tools: Airtable, Confluence, Jira, MS suite
- Highly organized and tactical individual with a passion for delivering successful projects
- Strong background in HCM technology release planning and implementation
